RETURN POLICY

When you have received your mobility products from the delivering carrier, please INSPECT the carton for any physical damage. If there is any sign of damage (boxes crushed, opened or obvious that parts might be missing) DO NOT SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY. Have the driver call the OSD (Over-Short-Damage) supervisor and file a report. Then if possible please call A SCOOTER 4 U, Inc. toll free at (877-697-7725) to report any damage. If the containers are badly damaged REFUSE THE SHIPMENT. Once you have signed the delivery receipt, you have bought the claim.

Under normal ordering and shipping A Scooter 4 U, Inc. has not experiences very many requests for products to be returned. We have a MUST BE CORRECT POLICY that all orders, have been properly fitted to the customer for: weight, size, color and meet exactly what our Customer needs.

If the mobility product does not meet you expectations, you must notify us within (3) business days of receipt. You must call (877-697-7725) customer service and request an AUTHORIZATION RETURN NUMBER. After receiving your ARN the product must be returned to us within Thirty Days (30) for inspection and credit. The merchandise must include all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty. You will be responsible for all return freight charges, and a 15% restocking fee may be applied. Any returns without an Authorization Return Number will be refused and all freight charges can be charged back to you the customer.

Once the product has been received in “NEW CONDITION”, your payment, less any applicable restocking, freight and finance charges, will be refunded. Credit cards will be credited within 48 hours and checks within 10 business days.

ORDER CANCELATIONS/CHANGES

All canceled or changed orders must occur within 24 hours from date of sale. If it is not, the order will be treated as a RETURN.
